I hope you all are doing well on this fine Wednesday 🥰 I just wanted to take few minutes to talk about some things since we've changed up our billing cycle! It seems that a few of you have been double charged, while others who have never had payment issues are getting declined for the first time...

So, if you cats can take a quick moment to take a peak at your payment info to make sure everything is as it should be, I'd really appreciate it! I'm able to double check individual patrons and issue out refunds if applicable, so please let me know if anything looks off so I can fix it. In regards to the people with declines that are in the Discord server: definitely reach out to me if you're having a bank issue so I don't remove you by mistake, though I've already removed those who've cancelled

Also, sorry for the audio free post! I know these things are kinda annoying, but I just want to make sure that no one being treated unfairly. Thank you for your continued support and your patience with these hiccups...

IN OTHER NEWS: I'm experimenting with an alternative called "Oh Cleo" ( https://ohcleo.com/butterscotchpirate ) which launched yesterday! I was lucky enough to be included in a few calls when building out the platform, so I'm excited for what it could be one day 🤗 Don't subscribe yet!
